I could lay out all my credentials, how many years I've been shooting and how many weddings I've done, but that's not really going to help you decide if I'm the right photographer for you.
First, you need to decide if you like my art. Every photographer has their own style and I try to take it one step further—I develop a style for you. This means no two weddings I shoot will be the same because no two couples I shoot are the same.
Second, you need to decide if you'd like me as a honorary guest at your wedding—because that's essentially what I'll be! Obviously it is difficult for you to determine this online, so please don't hesitate to book a consultation. After we talk, I'll email you options that fit your plans, personalized, just for you.
Some fun facts about me: I'm writing my fifth novel; knitting is my favorite hobby; I'm Canadian and will never stop using the word 'toque' instead of "winter hat'; my husband (Pete) and I met when we were literally the only two people in a Vancouver pub one afternoon.

We chat, laugh, talk plans and budget, and then after the meeting, I'll send you three personalized packages to choose from that suit what you're looking for.
If you decide you'd like to book me—Hooray!—sign the contract and pay the deposit to hold your date, then we'll book your engagement shoot!
About 6 weeks before your wedding, I'll send you a Family Portrait Checklist and we schedule a call to go over your timeline in detail.
The next day, I'll send a small sneak peek, and later that week, a large ~40 image Wedding Preview!
After you've told me how much you love your wedding album, I'll send over your online gallery for you to share and print and soak in the good memories for the rest of your days together.

Book a consultation with me so we can discuss everything you have planned for your big day, and all the things you're still dreaming about.
You'll have two weeks to look over the packages and choose which one is right for you. (Usually it's the middle one!)
Engagement Photo Time!
Images take ~2 weeks and make great Save the Dates and Wedding day décor.
Your Wedding Day!
I'll capture the day full of photojournalist-candid, all the family portraits, and pose and prompt you two into hundreds of romantic images.
6-8 weeks later, your, professionally designed, hardcover, lay-flat wedding album will arrive in the mail!
When your family grows *wink, wink*, I do newborn and family portraits too!
