Every once and a while a wedding coordinator is inspired by an idea and puts together a "styled shoot". This was one we did way back in January and had to wait months to get access to the photos because we had a great feature on Colorado Wedding Magazine's blog.
I always find my hype for a shoot fades a bit after I edit the photos and then don't see them for a while, and I never really posted these, but I'm posting them here now.
Stacey Carver (amazing Coordinator! Check her out if you're in need), put together this rustic, Miranda Lambert–inspired shoot and did a fabulous job. See a list of contributing vendors at the bottom of the page. Here are some of my favourite shots from the day.
To start, Bonnie Blues Event Center in Elizabeth, Colorado has amazing getting-ready rooms for both the couples. Sometimes I feel like one partner gets the better spot, but both these rooms are gorgeously designed and have fabulous lighting. (Good lighting in getting-ready rooms is hard to come by.)
This lacy-dress was perfect for the theme. The backless, long-sleeve geometric lace is stunning!
I was in love with these florals, and Stacey came up with three incredible table set-ups to showcase and some fun extra décor items that suited the theme so well.
The venue was excellent for some fun location photos, and I had a blast working with the models.
Hope this provided some rustic, country, Colorado wedding inspiration!
Much love,
Mira
